Installed blower switch tonight and blower still does not turn on. While looking at what it will take to change out the blower motor (already purchased), noticed a red wire with nothing connected and a very long orange wire with nothing connected. Stopped there while I research these.

Doesn't help me much but figure it will come in handy. 5.7 Engine Wiring Diagram:

We've got some work to do...

Over the past few days I've been able to spend a little time on the car. So far, the blower switch was replaced (not the blower problem) and the blower motor replaced with the help of DRLOWZ (was the blower problem ). We also got the hood shocks replaced. As soon as I tossed the temporary pole, I opened the hatch to find that the hatch shocks have now went out. Going shopping for those now.

It's all good, making progress. Want to work on the driver door sagging next...

The passenger side door has been completed. This includes a new power window motor (window now working), new door lock, outer window sweep and new inside and outside handles. Next up will be the driver side door, including fixing a bad sagging problem.

We're wasting time...
