Thread: 1991 chevy shortbed

he guys i am looking at this 91 chevy truck shortbed for sale in my area he says it is lowered 4 in the front and 6 in the back,what i need help on is when i go get ton of pellets witch weigh around 2,000 pounds for the fire place,or tow my rv the truck won't be able to handle the weight in the back,does anyone know what kind of system i should get for the truck,thanks for you time

Is it a half ton? i saw I guy bring his truck into the custom shop and had almost broke the frame in half and about pulled the cab from the box. He lowered it him self to drop it closer to his 20's it was a 90's chev. Went back to mexico and was hauling rock and cracked the frame what an idiot. I guess it depends on how it was lowered and if it's a half ton. I know that the lowered dualies can pull just about anything.
